TEDDY TODAY: 19th of February 2026

With almost 40 screenings of different queer films, there is something for everyone to enjoy. There are no more premieres, which means it might be much easier to get yourself into that dark theater seat you are craving and enjoy the experience of cinema in your neighbourhood and all over the city.

We suggest you consider exploring: Desires – Five Queer Short Films , which is a curated short film program revolving around passions, absurdity, and identity in a queer context. Other than that, the exhibition and Artist Talk:   Unauthorised Versions (with free admission) is still running and worth checking out.

Enjoy today’s Berlinale adventures and prepare yourself—and maybe your outfit—for our award ceremony tomorrow! You can stream it online or visit us at the Volksbühne.
